Data Source Updates

Gleif

Some companies can have a Primary Legal Name as well as Other Names (e.g. Funds). Currently Encompass only allows “Primary legal name” of a company as a search input on Gleif. 

This change will allow Encompass users to pass “Other Name“ as a search input when running a Gleif search on both a standalone search and policy level. The same results are achieved through using either Primary Legal Name ro Other Name. In line with this change, a new column “other name“ is added in the search result page.

Handelsregister

We have updated our existing integration to Handelsregister data product to provide Company Activity and Officer information in the UI and API.

We have also added document download capability through standalone search, policy and API. After selecting the target entity, users will be able to select documents for download from an available list. A list of documents to be retrieved can be preset through a policy to automatically download if available.

Number of documents available for download will be limited to up to 3 per document category (categories defined by Handelsregister) in policy, and 5 per category available in standalone search results.
