We are pleased to confirm that Encompass have released some functionality changes to the platform this week

We have slightly updated the colour scheme of the platform in order to unify the Encompass branding across all Encompass products.
As part of regular security reviews, all users must now change their password via the 'Reset Password' button on the login page rather than through the platform itself.
Once a user has selected the above option, an email will be sent which will allow them to securely reset their password.
All passwords going forward will need to fulfil the below set of criteria:
Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
For organisations that wish to avail Multi Factor Authentication service for users to log into Encompass, we can now support this through:
Auth0 Guardian, which generates a security code required to log in to the platform upon each login.
Google Authenticator, which generates a security code required to log in to the platform upon each login.
Phone Number, where users are required to supply a phone number, to which a login code will be sent via SMS. This code will need to be entered when logging in.
